D. Kimbrough (Beau) King, Jr. | President

As President of Kim King Associates, Mr. King is responsible for formulating and executing corporate strategy. Prior to joining Kim King Associates, Mr. King worked at B&I Lending, a small business non-bank lender. Mr. King received a BA degree from Washington and Lee University in 1996 with a double major in Economics and Spanish. Mr. King currently serves on the boards of Midtown Bank and Trust where he is a founding shareowner, the Georgia State University Honorary Real Estate Board, The Midtown Alliance and The Kim King Foundation. In the past Mr. King has served on the board of the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame.

Over 30 years experience in the design/build industry including business development and senior management experience. Previously he was COO of The Facility Group which provided design/build services for Fortune 500 companies and EVP of international consulting firm AECOM Technology. He holds a B.S. in Building Science from Clemson University.
